Our suggested serving size is 1 ounce of Master Tonic: equivalent to ½ ounce lemon juice (not from concentrate), ½ ounce maple syrup (grade B) and a pinch of ground cayenne pepper. We suggest you mix this with 7 ounces water. But you can mix more or less water to suit your individual taste.
